The traffic law of Liberia
Two documents. One is the law as it stands today. The other is a draft that has been put out for public review and has not been enacted. Read the status on each before you download it.
The law currently in force
Title 38 · Vehicle and Traffic Law
Approved 9 May 1972 · Effective 17 October 1972 · Monrovia
This is the law in force. It is the Act that applies on Liberian roads today, and it is the law the questions on this platform cite when they refer to Title 38.

Second Draft of Revised Vehicle and Traffic Law of Liberia 2022
Second draft, so it has already been revised once
This is a draft and it is not law. It proposes changes to the Act above. Nothing in it is in force, and nothing in it can be relied on as a rule of the road. Until it is enacted, the 1972 Act above is what applies.

Both documents are published here as supplied by LDES. This platform teaches and tests against the law in force. Back to the evaluation platform
